Terms of sale and use

Purpose

These terms cover stay requests for Villa Ty-Mogué and L’Écrin des Amiets. Sending a request means you accept them.

Booking

A request on this site is not a payment. It becomes a stay when the owners confirm it and the rental contract is signed. A proof of identity and a holiday-home insurance certificate are requested when the booking is made. Prices are in euros. The amount shown does not include the tourist tax.

Cancellation

More than 30 days before arrival: sums paid are refunded, except bank charges that cannot be recovered. At 30 days or less: the booking is non-refundable and the full stay is due. No-show, early departure or a shortened stay: no refund. A postponement is possible only if dates are free and the owner agrees. If the balance is unpaid 30 days before arrival and a reminder goes unanswered for 72 hours, the booking may be treated as cancelled. If the owner cancels: a full refund of the sums paid.

Arrival and security deposit

Arrival is from 5 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.

A security deposit of €1,200, by cheque or in cash, will be requested on arrival. The cheque will not be cashed.

The deposit will be returned at departure, after the condition of the property has been checked, provided no damage is found and no sum remains due.

If damage is found, any deduction must be justified and told to the guest.

The house

Peaceful use. No party without agreement. Two pets at most. The guest is liable for damage. The owner does not insure personal belongings.

Law

Rental contracts are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Contact: contact@villatymogue.fr, 07 50 04 97 73.
