Pre-contractual steps for a stay request, consent for the newsletter, legitimate interest in access security and in anonymous audience measurement (Matomo).

Cookies and audience measurement

Audience measurement uses Matomo, set up according to the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority): anonymised IP addresses, cookies lasting 13 months at most, statistics only, data kept 25 months at most, no sharing. It therefore runs without prior consent, but you can object below.

Retention

Requests and messages: 3 years after the last exchange. Accounts: while they remain open, then deletion on request. Security logs: 12 months.

Rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability via contact@villatymogue.fr. You may complain to the CNIL.

Processors

LWS (Ligne Web Services) hosts the site and the data it stores. Matomo runs on matomo.thotcomputed.com, a server operated by the site's technical provider; statistics are neither sold nor shared.
