Cancellation policy

By the guest

More than 30 days before arrival: sums paid are refunded, except bank charges that cannot be recovered. At 30 days or less: the booking is non-refundable and the full stay is due.

No-show

No-show, early departure or a shortened stay: no refund.

Postponement

A change of dates is possible only if the calendar allows it and the owner agrees.

Balance

If the balance is unpaid at 30 days before arrival, and a reminder goes unanswered for 72 hours, the booking may be treated as cancelled.

By the hosts

If the owner cancels: a full refund of the sums paid.
