Where is Villa Ty-Mogué in northern Finistère?
Villa Ty-Mogué is in Moguériec, in the commune of Sibiril, northern Finistère. The beach and the GR34 are only 50 m from the house, and Moguériec harbour is within walking distance.
Is Villa Ty-Mogué suitable for families or friends?
Yes. Villa Ty-Mogué sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms, including two master suites with a private shower room. The different spaces let everyone share the holiday while keeping their own room and privacy.
What is included at Villa Ty-Mogué?
End-of-stay cleaning is included. On arrival the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Foutas are also set out for the private hot tub.
Is the hot tub private and open all year?
Yes. The hot tub at Villa Ty-Mogué is fully private and open all year. Under a glazed pergola sheltered from the wind, it is reached directly from the house, without going outside.
Are pets allowed at Villa Ty-Mogué?
Yes. Up to 2 pets are accepted at Villa Ty-Mogué. The garden is fully fenced.
How do I book Villa Ty-Mogué direct?
You can check availability and the rate for your dates on the official Amicalement Iode website. Each direct booking is set out in a rental contract, and you deal directly with Marie-Laure and Olivier.
Is parking easy?
Yes. The private parking at Ty-Mogué takes several cars, up to five.
Is the villa suitable with young children?
Yes. It is single-storey, the garden is enclosed, and the through-road is set back.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
It is single-storey, which helps, but it is not classified as fully accessible.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. The hosts can adapt when the calendar allows.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. A room is set aside, with fibre. Cléder and Saint-Pol-de-Léon are nearby for a break.
Is there baby equipment?
A cot, a high chair and a car booster can be provided.
When are the villas closed?
They are let all year, except Villa Ty-Mogué over the year-end holidays, kept by the owners.
