Stay and booking conditions

The price of each night is shown in our booking calendar.

The conditions below let you prepare your stay in full transparency.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €1,200 per stay is requested on arrival, by cheque or in cash.

The cheque is not cashed. The deposit is returned at departure, after the condition of the property has been checked, provided no damage is found and no sum remains due.

If there is damage, any deduction must be justified and told to the guest.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the displayed price. It is calculated according to the property, the number of guests concerned and the length of the stay, then added to the rental contract.

For Villa Ty-Mogué, it is currently €1.40 per adult per night. Minors are exempt.

For L’Écrin des Amiets, the applicable rate will be given when it opens, expected during 2028.

Arrival and departure times

You may arrive from 5 p.m. and must leave before 10 a.m.

Any request for an early arrival or a late departure needs the owners’ prior agreement and may lead to extra charges, stated before acceptance.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the stay is due when you book.

The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. For any booking made less than 30 days before the stay, full payment is required.

Payment is made directly to the owner, by bank transfer. Bank details and payment arrangements are sent with the rental contract.

Booking confirmation

Your booking is finally confirmed once the rental contract is accepted, the required payment is received and the owners confirm in writing.

Cancellation

More than 30 days before arrival: sums paid are refunded, except justified bank charges that cannot be recovered.

At 30 days or less before arrival: the full amount of the stay remains due and the booking is not refundable, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

No-show, early departure or a shortened stay: no refund is provided, unless the law says otherwise.

A change of dates may be considered if dates are available and the owners agree.

If the balance is unpaid 30 days before arrival, a reminder is sent to the guest. If it is not settled within 72 hours, the booking may be cancelled in accordance with the contract.

If the owner cancels, the sums paid are refunded in full, without prejudice to any other rights the guest may have.

Respect for the property

Our houses are meant for peaceful stays, with respect for the neighbours and the place.

Parties and events are not allowed without the owners’ prior written agreement.

Up to two pets may be welcomed, under the conditions of each property.

The guest is responsible for damage caused during the stay, apart from normal wear.

Applicable law

Rental contracts are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
